Ingredients
- 2 lbs of hamburger meat
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- one can of Ragu sauce
Steps
- 2Put 1 lb of hamburger in large mixing bowl, 2 to 4 eggs, and oregano, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and 1 onion chopped. Mix this well with your fingers, roll into a ball, lay on cookie sheet.
- 3Cook meatballs for 20 to 30 minutes until they are brown.
- 4Put water in pot for noodles, let boil, and then put in noodles, cook until noodles are tender. After meat is good and brown, pour in 1 can of Ragu sauce, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- 5After noodles are done, pour in sauce and meatballs, mix together well, serve with garlic bread (optional).
