- Step 1Place cornflour in a jug. Stir in stock and wine until smooth and combined.
- Step 2Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil. Swirl to coat. Stir-fry mince for 3 minutes or until browned. Add hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger and chilli. Stir in stock mixture. Bring to the boil. Add tofu. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Step 3Spoon rice into bowls. Top with mince mixture and sprinkle with onion.
